At the end of last year, Agentschap NL invited four renowned German journalists to visit the Rotterdam Climate Initiative. They were especially interested to learn about CCS and sustainable energy. They reported their findings on the Rotterdam sustainability strategy in two German publications.
The visit was arranged by Agentschap NL and was part of the visiting programme of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The reuse of CO2 in greenhouse farming was demonstrated and explained. Next, the topics of energy efficiency, sustainable energy, collection, CO2 reuse and storage, adaptation, and Rotterdam Bioport were passed in review.
