Reducing noise pollution and improving the air quality

For three quarters of the population of Rotterdam the environment is an important aspect that affects their quality of life. One third of the interviewees in the 2010 Omnibus Survey indicated that they were considering moving house because of environmental factors. The most common issues were the poor quality of the air and high noise levels.
